YOU ARE SPECIAL & UNIQUE

Beauty they say is in the eyes of the beholder. Yet, I was told that there are some beauty that are obvious to all beholders. And that mine is one of those.

I thank God for that, nevertheless, it saddens my heart when I see people with low self esteem because of their looks. GOD HAS CREATED YOU UNIQUELY AND YOU ARE SPECIAL, just the way you are.

Some people even wish they are beautiful like me. Ah 😱, it isn't easy o.

Thank God for the way He created you. I face a lot of challenges because of my beauty. For example people just assume beautiful ladies are not intelligent, most think you are proud or promiscuous. You have to work extra hard before people see that behind that beauty, THERE IS MORE (POSITIVELY).

It is not as easy as it seems to be in my shoes. So,  how ever you look, be grateful to God for creating you that way.  The Lord has a reason for creating you with that face. Tell yourself: I'M BEAUTIFUL/HANDSOME THE WAY GOD CREATED ME.

Don't bleach your skin or wish you were someone else. Remember GODLINESS WITH CONTENTMENT IS GREAT GAIN. God prefers and loves you the way you are.

Like, seriously, it baffles me. In fact, it amazes me. Maybe because I do not see admitting my fault as a big deal. I like to admit when I am wrong and apologize when need be. That is why it amazes me when people will rather lose years of meaningful relationship and friendship than say the simple words 'I am sorry'.  It is worthy of note though, that admitting your wrong and saying you are sorry to the offended party doesn't stop there. It goes beyond just saying it, you have to actually mean it when you say it. Some people say they are sorry just because they want that episode to pass. Then, they go and commit the same blunder again or even worse the next time. That is not good at all. I use the phrase 'not good' for lack of a stronger one.  See, saying sorry for your wrong doing (when you are sincere) does not reduce your person, worth or importance in any way. WHO ARE YOU RAISING?

Some time ago, I saw the video of a little girl of about 16 months old who took hold of a wallet full of money. She brought out 2 notes from it, tuck them in front of her dress (breast area) and closed the wallet back. She then stylishly put it back where she took it from.  I was shocked!  It is easy to deduce from that video that the child must have seen an adult do such at one time or the other. So, she is copying that adult (most likely a female who can steal and hide money in her bra). Who can she be mimicking? Giving the most probable assumption... Maybe her mother, how she secretly takes the father's money and tuck into her bra. She sees it done in her presence, and she does likewise.  Even if it isn't the mum she copied. The fact is that she saw something bad and she did likewise.
